Get the return address
After receiving your return request, our customer service team will review and respond to you with the return address and further instructions within 1-2 business days.
Return the product
Please package the product safely and return it to the specified address. It is recommended that you choose a trackable logistics method to ensure the safe delivery of the package.
Processing refunds
After receiving and confirming that the product meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Shipping instructions
If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product, the product is defective), we will bear the return shipping costs.
